    One of the best doctors in the entire Mercy group !! He is very dedicated to the patients and very helpful . Not many doctors like him out there .

    I have been holding off going to the doctor for a while--I was very nervous about finding a new primary care doctor. Dr.Starrett was kind, understanding, and took my concerns seriously. I feel like I have control of my treatment plan, and I feel very hopeful after my office visit. I absolutely recommend Dr.Starrett
