This little Passport Health clinic in Palo Alto is the best! I wish Catherine was my primary provider in life! She was so knowledgeable and gave me a personalized travel book for my trip that had all the written information she told me so I could refer to it later on vacation. It's obvious that she loves to teach and really makes the appointment feel like you're chatting with your friend. She never tried to sell me anything and even encouraged me to shop around to get the best deals. Whatever fears you have about getting sick abroad, Catherine will give you all the tools you need to avoid getting sick and what to do if you do! Thanks, Catherine!!

I scheduled a consultation for my children and me at Passport Health in Palo Alto in preparation for a trip to Africa. Loretta, the RN who we saw, was amazing. She was clear and thorough while also being very efficient with our time. There was clearly an opportunity to sell us various products (bug repellents, etc) that are displayed at the office, but Loretta only pointed out those that were relevant to our upcoming trip and did not push me to buy any of the items. She was so warm and gentle with my children and made us all very comfortable (we all had the rabies series so that was no easy feat). I highly recommend Passport Health and Loretta in particular if you have any upcoming international travel.

Dr. Hobbs is nice and a good surgeon. I had carpal tunnel surgery and the scar is nearly impossible to see.

Loretta was incredibly knowledgeable, helpful and patient during my visit. She answered all of my questions as best she could, provided numerous helpful recommendations, and administered a few vaccines for some upcoming travel. She continued to answer questions after my visit as well. I am so appreciative of Loretta's diligent and rapid assistance in the days leading up to my travel. Thank you!

Loretta is amazing. Very knowledgeable about all the countries I was traveling to and very friendly. She also was very understanding and accommodating of my circumstances that caused me to be late.

Incredibly helpful place! I just went in for a vaccination, but they prepared a full medical itinerary for my trip, including precautions to take, locations of hospitals and resources, and contacts. I left feeling much more confident in the safety of my trip. Thank you, Loretta!

Dr. Hobbs performed my moms shoulder surgery yesterday and he was wonderful. He took his time explaining everything to us. He was very professional and very patient with all of our questions. I would highly recommend him.

I had nagging pain in my elbow from years of playing football. After failed efforts of physical therapy, I went to visit Dr. Hobbs. He recommended and performed a minor outpatient surgery. I had the procedure done in the morning and was out and about later that night. After a few weeks, I was finally able to return to weight training and other things I had put on hold prior to this surgery. I would highly recommend Dr. Hobbs.

Dr. Hobbs is top-notch in all aspects. Great knowledge, skill and personality. He took great care of me. My knees have never felt better. Highly Recommend!
