It took several weeks before they were able to get to my car (all the body shops have a huge waiting list right now!) but Tracy kept me informed the entire time. When my car was finally repaired and ready to come home, Kevin went above and beyond to ensure my car was returned better even than before it was stolen. He too was very communicative, professional, and courteous.
I hope I never again need to use a body shop’s services, but if you do, I recommend considering Lou Fusz Kia! -
