Total Access Urgent Care

Making an appointment was quick and easy. I got a place in line and was able to wait until I was closer to my turn before I went. Staff was courteous and efficient. Diagnosis was made quickly and a prescription was called into my pharmacy. I am now on the mend, so it's all good.

The facilities are very up to date and clean. The front office staff is always friendly and efficient. In my two visits in the past 5 months, I have been able to be seen relatively quickly. They allow you to stay home, be put on a list, and then call you when it's time to come in. That is a game changer. I have seen two physicians and they were both fantastic. Friendly and informative and didn't rush. They also have all the equipment you need under one roof to run x-rays, tests, lab needs, and can even fill your medication on the spot. The two facilities I have been to, are first class operations. The best, is that the visit is only $10 more than a normal co-pay at my primary office, so considering the quality of care, and immediate assistance you get, Total Access will be my go-to.

I had a great experience with the urgent care recently. Dr. Niecey was wonderful! Attentive, knowledgeable, empathetic. A great doctor with great interpersonal skills which is rarely seen with doctors. I appreciated her expertise and concern to getting me on the road to recovery. The entire staff on my visit was kind and gave me a great experience which is what you need when you aren’t feeling your best. Kudos to the team!

I had fallen and really hurt myself. The person who answered the phone said they were full for the day but when she heard the pain in my voice, she worked it out so I could see the doctor. This person brought me in and out by wheelchair. I was by myself. The medical staff was very nice and kept me informed while I waited for the doctor. The doctor was also very nice and spent some time with me. Didn't rush through and made me feel like a person and not a number. I recommend this location!
