I have been a client of Coach since September 1999. My main goal was to stay fit as I aged and to develop a more healthier lifestyle.

From the moment I met Coach, I knew he was a person that could help me achieve new goals and also the one that would help change my life for the better. I have been challenged and pushed by Coach, and he has taught me a great deal. He makes working out fun and inspires me to reach new goals.
