2019-Integrity Over A Sale
Had a pretty good experience. One thing that could have been improved was the fact that the salesman waited until we signed all the papers to tell us that the car had been in an accident. That was slightly important and should have been revealed up front...integrity is important to me!

Better Communication
Dropped car off for a 7:30 am apt.
Called at 11:30 to check on status of the car. Was told two were at lunch and my advisor would call me back when he got off the call. Left message. Called back 1 hr later. Still no call. Same answer. Two at lunch, my advisor was also at lunch now and someone would call me back. I said I am on my way there. Got a call back after 5 hrs that car was ready.
Asked advisor why so long and and he advised that people who wait get first priority no matter what time your appt was. I advised it would be nice to be informed that up front. Too busy and not enough help.
Drop off service is nice.
Communication could be better of process so customers can make informed decision to wait or drop off.
