“Garden Plaza is a very nice facility and it offers all of the amenities that I wanted for my relatives who now reside at this senior living community. It is very well decorated inside with well landscaped and manicured grounds outside. The staff is very friendly and helpful to the residents and their family as well. This is the only facility that I know of that has a Veterans Room. What a wonderful way to honor veterans by displaying military memorabilia from the armed forces. I am very pleased with Garden Plaza and I would recommend it to anyone who wanted, “the next best thing to being at home”, for their family member.”

“The place is great for both Pets and Kids. 2 dog areas and 1 at the moment for kids. Swings for all sizes. A Pavilion. Large area for frisbee, there's a ball field past Minion Park on the left on the way to Duchesne. Seems I see more Dogs at the park on Sundays from 10am to 1pm so if your pet needs to socialize, even through the fence, come on down.”

They replaced the main water cutoff, installed a new toilet, moved an incorrectly installed toilet, replaced a shower drain, moved an outdoor faucet to a safer place, and moved a whole laundry room from the basement to the main floor.
