Southwoods Apartments

Southwoods has been great to us. We have lived here a little over three years! The ladies in office are prompt and will get anything answered for you. The maintenance team is the best..very quick, personable, always have multiple solutions if one doesn’t work, emergency maintenance very prompt! Southwoods is highly recommended for first time living, in between living, with or without kids. We’ve loved it here!

I lived here for 6 years and this is a wonderful property. The grounds and buildings are maintained well. Management is easy to contact and talk to. Any issues are resolved in a timely manner. I would recommend this apartment complex.

I’ve said it once and I’ll say it again 🤗 if you’re looking for an affordable apartment/townhouse in a great school district, good location, and safe area Southwoods is the place for you! I have no problem leaving such a high rated review for this place because it’s simply true! The location in my opinion is perfect 😊 Not far from 270, down the road from Kirkwood/shopping centers, and Grants Farm is literally a 3 min drive away. In my experience staff is professional and quick to respond. Maintenance is always ready to help and super polite. The grounds are kept clean and beautiful. I’ve never been impressed with landscaping at an apartment complex before! Residents are always friendly and even the families with kids are respectable about noise. I don’t have a single complaint about Southwoods 👍👍👍

Affordable apartments with pretty outdoor space. Finishes are dated, but maintenance does a great job responding to any issues. I love my balconies! (Yes, multiple)

Peaceful and beautiful apartment and landscapes vibes 🙏🏻❤️ ☀️ My daughter and I enjoy the tennis/basketball court throughout the year. We cannot wait to relax by the pool this season! ❤️☀️ Everyone is exceptionally courteous and friendly. Management is prompt and professional. We love it here! ❤️🌅
