Reliant Care Management

I found reliant care to care for the most challenging residents. Residents that no other facilities would consider taking on. I am an employee off Reliant care and am dedicated to caring for those who most facilities will not. Day in and day out I watch as nurses, aids, cooks, housekeeping, and all other departments work hard to provide for our residents. Yes, some of these residents can be extremely challenging but we treat them as the human they are and deserve. Times are challenging with COVID and a staffing crisis but. We work long hours with few days off to make sure our residents have the care they deserve. We love them when they have no one else. We make them smile and assure them we are there for them. We do it because we love what we do.
