I have had no issues. All the corals I have bought, I have been very satisfied with them. The one time I had an interaction with the customer service rep, they took care of my issue. I will continue ordering from Salty Underground.

Great communication and customer service. I ordered these and had them in my hand 20 hours later. The berghia were all alive and well and they even threw in an extra! Highly recommended and will definitely order from Salty again.

I am a repeat customer of Salty Underground. They have been very consistent with their quality, customer service and packaging. They are always extremely helpful. I love their coral. The prices are affordable. I get exactly what I see on their site. I'd recommend them to anyone in need of corals, snails and etc... I have not purchased fish from them yet.
