“Had a nail in my tire resulting in a total flat that I woke up to. Called a few places locally and Telle said they were able to schedule me right away for after the new year. My experience from the call to the service was 10/10. John and the team were efficient, kind, and overall just a smooth experience for an unfortunate circumstance. I could tell they gave my vehicle an honest inspection as John called a little after I dropped off and said that they noticed another nail in a different tire as well! He wanted to confirm with me the work before they went ahead with it which I appreciated. I came back after an hour with 2 fixed tires and a appropriate bill for the work that was done. Would recommend to family and friends.”

From receipt of their competitive quote through scheduling and execution, everything went exactly as planned and to our complete satisfaction. The crew that did the work was very professional – both in their daily interactions with me and, most importantly, their skillset. We did come across an issue with one area of the office where we chose a very dark paint color – one that was quite challenging to apply. The crew repainted that area - more than once –to be sure we were totally happy with the end result . . . and we were. These days, it’s very difficult to hire a company that lives up to expectation. “Transferred a prescription here on a whim (after bad experience somewhere else) and not only was the pharmacist and his team extremely nice, helpful, and informative but there was the added bonus of learning that the prescription was free because I have a Sam’s Plus membership, many of my son’s prescriptions will be significantly cheaper because of my membership, and I was given a free rotisserie chicken as a thank you for switching over my prescription! Wonderful experience overall and will definitely only use them as my pharmacy going forward.”

The customer service is 'Top Notch' They treat you like a queen The whole business experience is amazing- AND... the store is organized AND its super clean! **WOW** Top Notch Violins is incredible! We recently transferred from another local violin rental store after years of 'drama' and sub par customer service and I have to tell you -- the overall customer experience is like night and day! From the moment I first contacted the store to the next day when we picked up our instrument - the customer service was truly first class! The gentlemen in the store were patient, courteous and professional - taking the time to explain the instrument policy, the store, and payment process as well as guiding me to the website. The website - is phenomenal. From an end-user standpoint, the interface is well designed, simple to follow, and makes it super efficient to rent an instrument. When we arrived in the store, there was a slight mix-up on the instrument and the owner stepped right up to get everything exchanged and send us on our merry way. He spent time showing my daughter how to use the new shoulder rest (we had been using a sponge) and gave some pointers on bow care and rosin. Truly exceptional service, great variety of products *available* so you are not waiting days/weeks for an instrument, great store location, very clean and organized facilities... if you aren't being treated like the amazing person you are by your current violin shop - PLEASE COME HERE! They value you and will take good care of you and your stringed instrument friend. =)”

“Amazing customer service and advice. We were in the market for a crib mattress and the amount of reviews you find on name brand crib mattresses was over whelming. They had built a custom mattress for a relative in a crib size no longer sold for a great price so we gave them a call. I provided them with the measurements the crib manufacturer had recommended and they helped me decide how thick and what materials we wanted. When we received the mattress, it didn't fit snugly into the frame even though it was the recommended dimensions... we should have measured the frame instead. We called and they said, no problem, bring it in and we'll add more material to make it snug. They did so at no additional cost. Not only was the crib reasonably priced, it was made locally! Purely awesome service! Bonus: some adorable showroom friends to greet you at the door!”
