My husband and i had such a great experience at the Aberdeen Branch. We are newlyweds and learning a lot as we go. We met with Nicholai to set up a joint account and open Secure Credit Cards. He was absolutely fantastic to work with. He took the time to explain everything we qustioned. Its rare to have someone care enough to help you understand when you're new to almost everything! Nicholai was so professional and personable, it made the whole process much less overwhelming.

My bank card # was stolen (e-bay) a couple of years ago ... PNC Bank contacted me shortly after the "suspicious" transaction. They immediately resolved the issue and I was charged nothing. Great bank!
The only complaint I have is that of other customers that park in front of the entrance, rather than use one of the many parking places. (Aberdeen branch)
