FRANCHESKA E has been there a very long time. Probably the longest that I have seen at my location in Ballwin. She is extremely professional, courteous and knows the business. Jesse C was also great during the service. Francheska makes this location run extremely smooth and she should be rewarded. Now if I can just get her to smile a little, that would be great. :) She's just very serious about her work and I can appreciate her focusing on the task at hand and not necessarily giving a smile. Thank you Francheska for continued awesome Jiffy Lube experiences. 15 Stars!!!!!!!!!

This location is always quick, easy, and overall just a great experience. I come here for mostly just for an oil change, but I love that they check thoroughly. I feel that the people I interact with her are knowledgeable, honest, and friendly- especially Franceskca. She was so helpful, nice, and overall I could just tell she's a great leader in the team. Today was my first interaction with her and I'm really stoked to see women in the shop!
