  Tom was AMAZING to work with! He really listened to what I wanted and kept adjusting what I was test driving to find the perfect car for me. He called and texted with updates - picking the car up and finishing paperwork was quick and easy.

  Our overall experience of a vehicle purchase from Ken Lavine and service from Joe Strosnider has been wonderful. I have always disliked the vehicle purchase process. This is the first time purchasing a vehicle from a dealership where the process was a pleasure. Ken was very thorough with ensuring we purchased the right vehicle that met the needs of our family. Joe was very thorough with answering all our questions and ensuring the vehicle was properly serviced. Both continued to provide excellent service after the sale which was something that I did not expect. We plan on keeping our vehicle for a long time and with 3 children that will be needing vehicles in the future, we will definitely be coming back.

  Brandon Sproul was a very welcome surprise to our car buying experience. Usually I dread the big pressure salesman but Brandon made us feel like one of his friends, with tons of information, both positive and negative perspective. Knowing that he drives a Volvo was very reassuring. He told us of his experiences and how the safety features saved him. After we bought the car he has reached out a few times to make sure my concerns have been answered. Brandon is very professional, honestly cares, and I would recommend him to anyone!

  Absolutely splendid experience. Worked with Tom and he not only anticipated our needs, he took our budget limit and automotive must-haves seriously, providing us with a variety of options, plus being very pleasant to work with. Mat in Finance kept things simple, direct and without any sort of obfuscation. Stella stays on top of things there, that's for sure. Thank you all! We love our new car.

  It was the best car buying experience I have ever had in last 22 years. I was looking for Audi Q series trade in with my Lexus LX. Went to 3 Audi dealers but they are not keen in selling one and poor response not much experience in trade ins. On the way back Springfield from Audi show room (Manchester rd) i saw Volvo show room. Just went in but salesmen were too busy after 10 min wait i started leaving the show room. Outside show room before leaving some one ran behind us and very curious asking why are we leaving.?
  That man is Tom Calkins. Within 30 mins the deal was done trade in procedures were taken care. He is very knowledgeable deal maker and experienced.
  The whole team. Tom, John Fitzpatrick and Finance Manager all are very efficient and do not waste your time. (Finance usually waste our time and spoil all the salesman effort , some time take more than 2 hours).
  
  After delivery a few miles away from show room i found that the low tire pressure indicator was on. I come back to service department, the service crews were so efficient and diagnos the problem ( actually it was more pressure) and reduced the pressure. (Great sales and service team). We drove from Springfield MO (200 miles) and do it again.
  Everyone was professional, courteous, and all around nice, Even i suggest Tom to open a Volvo show room at Springfield MO..
