I so far only had one appointment however THIS IS NOT YOUR TYPICAL CHIROPRACTOR. Pain is typically caused from muscle imbalance in the body. Dr. Longo takes the time to show you where your spine needs to be adjusted and takes the time to provide exercises to increase the muscle strength around that area. I have had forward head posture my whole life so I know that I need to strengthen the muscles in my neck. I will update throughout my process here however from the first appointment I knew this is the place for me. It’s a commitment but if you’re ready to educate yourself and strengthen the muscles in your body that need it. Come here!

Dr Longo is amazing. I really cannot say enough good things about him and it is way too much to say in a review. He not only helped with my lower back and helped me with walking again but he helped me with inflammation and weight loss. I feel so much better and frankly, like a new person at almost 49 than I have in 4 years. He is the BEST!
