Steve has been a huge blessing to my boyfriend and I, he has helped us immensely over the four or so years we have been living at Norwood Villa. Rent is more affordable and consistent than many places. Have had issues with Jeremy in maintenance but issues continue to be resolved in good time with the help of Steve.
Living first floor is significantly less noisy than the second floor(if you have considerate upstairs neighbors) due to a busy road right beside the complex. Convenient playground and park next to the complex as well.

Steve has been really helpful, and understanding throughout us moving in. The townhome itself is pretty sound proof. The walls seem to be well insulated, we can’t really hear our neighbors and it takes a lot to hear our roommate. The only noise we hear really is cars passing by since we live near a busy road. This is one of the first places i feel like i can call home. I look forward to living here for a long time.
