They keep you posted about all of their findings, and give you all of your options available to you. They may not be the cheapest out there, but they are definitely not the most expensive, and the care they put into every customer helps me dive with confidence that they have my safety in mind as they maintain and repair my vehicle. I will never take my car to anyone else, Oakville Automotive is now my only shop.

Oakville is the best car repair shop I've ever dealt with. My car broke the day before Thanksgiving while I was at work. They not only said they could get my car fixed by 3pm, but provided me with a realistic quote and a loaner vehicle to get back to work asap. I was contacted several times throughout the day with updates on my vehicle. I also was approved for credit when my repair costs went beyond my budget (and I don't have the best credit). I won't take my vehicle anywhere but Oakville and I will refer my friends and family to them as well

I am a extremely picky person and I usually try to do most everything that is needed around the house,the yard or on my vehicles myself. As I am getting older I find it harder to do some of the things I used to do when I was younger. I cringe when I need something done that I can not do for the fact that it is difficult to find a individual or company that will do the work to my satisfaction. Over the years I have taken some of my vehicles to Oakville Automotive and have been extremely satisfied with their professionalism in diagnostics, repair, and truthfulness. One of the things that I really appreciate is their ability to do the repairs properly the first time. When I have my vehicle worked on by them I know I will not have to return it back to them with the same problem.
