I have had my share of insurances providers over the years.... I’ve had good, bad and ugly. This office in specifically (Jeff Schlattman State Farm) are something from heaven. Worth every penny. They are accommodating, understanding and have a way of making terrible experience restored/replace with exceptional customer care and most importantly in a timely fashion. Angelina reached out to me unexpectedly (ewww cold calls I know, but this was via text. She didn’t blow my phone up for 4 days until I blocked the number!) and informed me of a lower price than I was paying with Progressive. When I called her the next day, she took her time, answered all of my questions and was very thorough to make sure I was getting the absolute best rate possible. I could not be happier with the service I received and have already been recommending this office to everyone that even thinks about insurance around me! I love that I can text the office.
