As with any customer service establishment, there are always hits and misses depending on who the employee on shift is at the time but overall I have had a very goodeperience with this particular Hot shots location. Management is always present and on point, the girls are pleasant and helpful and there are plenty of amenities to go around.

A good place to meet up after work with some friends and buddies from work. Smells too much of cigarettes, but I suppose smoking is allowed inside. Menu is typical for a sports bar. Portions were decent and the wings were pretty good.
