They replaced my compressor a couple of years ago and it failed causing my car to die. They actually stood behind their fixed for life guarantee and fixed it, with no attempt to weasel out of responsibility! All I paid for was the tow to their shop. I am very impressed and will continue to use them! You can trust them.

I had my Jeep Wrangler fixed at a Dobbs near my job. Excellent service. The part they used was an after market one. That part stopped working. I went to a different Dobbs that was near my house and the part was under warranty so they ordered the part from the dealer. Fixed for free. I highly recommend Dobbs that may be in your neighborhood.

They were nice and quick with my oil change and inspection however the quote I was given to perform an easy repair on my car was wildly overpriced. I was able to do the repair myself for 150 and the quote I was given was 500 before tax, they wanted to replace every tube that connected to the broken peice even though that wasn't necessary. It only took me an hour to replace the part, bleed, and fill the coolant system myself for 350 dollars less. I might go back to them for small things like oil changes but I don't see myself needing their services for any other repairs.
