During peak hours, it may take patience to get to a live customer service representative and resolve "non-standard" issues. -

(February 19, 2015, 4:29 pm)These guys were helpful over the phone. True to their description, they ONLY HANDLE LTL shipments. If you are after Express Freight/Air, aka, heavyweight (i.e., over 150 pounds) try the 335 Brokaw Rd. location, on the south side of SJC near Costco. (the 1709 Junction Ct location that the 1-800-gofedex people keep giving out seems to be bogus/old/inaccurate)
