Mountain Bike Shed

First bike purchase. Outstanding customer service, when I left there, I knew more about mtn bikes than I think I could have learned on my own in a year. Owner is beyond helpful as well as knowledgeable!

I went in to find a bike rack that fits in my hitch. The gentleman and young man that assisted me were great. They went out of their way to help me. The gentleman even put an odometer and mirror on my bike for me. Held the door as I went out. You don’t get this kind of customer service in many places anymore. Greatly appreciated it and I will buying other things there in the future.

I've purchased 4 bikes over the last year from Mountain Bike Shed. Low pressure sales and willingness to find the right bike for you. Took my 8 year old daughter three trips to the store to finally choose the right bike and the owner was always patient with her. He even ordered two bikes for her trying to find the perfect bike she liked. Quick and responsive service also. Employees are also great. Highly recommend.

Great shop with a variety of products for different interests. Super helpful and friendly staff. I enjoyed my time in there and the good conversation. I look forward to coming back in the future.
