I was recently contacted by Jessica Ball, after many years of parting ways with American Family due to price increases. She offered to review our program to see if they were able to compete again. Once I provided her with our current policies, she turned around quotes the same day! She even offered some enhancements that were not on our current policies. All of this while getting ready to have a baby in just a few days! She is such a joy to work with. She’s friendly, super responsive and extremely knowledgeable. My husband and I are very pleased with her service and glad we decided to make the switch back to the Young Agency/American Family!
