Enterprise Rent-A-Car

Nice staff. Not a huge selection when i went compared to other enterprise locations. but they can accommodate certain requests. Staff really seem to work to try and take care of their customers

The staff here was friendly, helpful and efficient. I was glad to be able to be in and out of the facility in just a few minutes, and it was nice to be able to check in online before going to pick up the vehicle. The vehicle I rented, however, was a different story entirely. From the moment I got in the vehicle, there was an unpleasant smell in the vehicle and there were stains on the seats. The comfort of the seats was poor as well, as the seat felt as though I was sitting on a board for the duration of my long trip. I reported all of this to the staff when I returned the vehicle and the representative was nice enough to give me a discount on my next rental and a free upgrade on the next rental as well. All in all, I would say the staff at this Enterprise location made the rental experience a pleasant one and I would recommend this location to anyone that needs to rent a vehicle in St. Louis.

Keegan W. & Mark ? are the two Enterprise associate representatives I interacted with. Both of them showed me superb customer service skills. I arrived and was greeted promptly. Well done!!
