Wow...not expecting great service in these type of chains, but I'm really happy with the experience I just had.

I came in to print some travel documents in color from a USB. I've done this before at other locations, so I'm familiar with the process for how to use their self-serve copiers. For some reason, it wasn't reading my USB (which I've also used before many times). I went to the counter and the lady there said she could print them for me. They took up an entire page because I forgot to resize them and she even offered to do it and make smaller copies. I didn't want her to go through the trouble so I just accepted the first ones printed. I then pulled out my wallet to pay and she told me not to worry and that she wasn't going to charge me since I was having trouble.

I know it was just a couple bucks, but these little gestures of kindness matter. I didn't catch her name, but her customer service and kindness totally made my day. Thanks!

U can print any file, and u can find anything to ur office or for school
