As a new patient, I was able to pre-submit all of my personal information, medical history, etc. The office staff was very professional and the wait time was minimal. The tech who took me to the exam room was also very courteous and professional. Dr. Schneider came in within 5 minutes, introduced himself and we had a thorough discussion of my issues. He was pleasant, sincere and I never felt rushed. He proposed a course of action including the benefits and potential downsides of that route. I left the appointment very pleased with the entire experience.
