Town and Country Health & Rehabilitation

So far, I cannot explain the relief I feel knowing my mother with dementia is being looked after and safe. We tried to do it alone for almost a year, the dementia seemed to worsen and it began to really wear on our marriage. We started to explore outside the home care. Thankfully, we found Town & Country. The staff has been fantastic and my mom is happy. Honestly, as a child with a parent with dementia it is so helpful and reassuring to know your loved one is being cared for. Not to mention the building will soon get a total make over. I know there are several choices out there, but glad we are here.

My brother is always happy and seems well cared for. The staff is excellent and Im happy we found NHC. I highly recommend. We have had a positive experience. The past nursing homes my brother was a resident at had serious problems.

Would highly recommend! Tracey (Administrator) and her team are very hands-on with the residents care plans. Great success stories!
