(July 23, 2020, 6:51 pm)Solid facilities, virtually no handicap from a lack equipment, prices that only planet fitness can compete with. Easily, my favorite standalone gym.
Plus, it’s the only gym I know of in Saint Louis that has a Tsunami Bar and a Leverage Squat Machine. So brownie points on their end. -

(May 22, 2020, 10:15 am)I love this place!!! It has a great atmosphere, so many workout equipments. I'm being personally trained under the owner, Terron, and he is the best. He doesn’t cuss at you nor talk bad, just motivate and amp you up when needed, and I like that! I’ve seen a total change in my body!! And I’m going to continue going!!
