Total Access Urgent Care

Honestly the best urgent care around. I'm self pay and I feel this urgent care is affordable! The doctors, nurses and front desk staff are all very kind. The facility is very clean as well. I also almost never have to wait in the waiting room, they bring you back so quickly! Thank you so much for fantastic care!

I had a very good experience with Total Access Urgent Care. I was feeling really bad and got the covid 19 test. I really like the way they send you text, so you don't have to arrive until it's almost your turn to go inside. Everyone there from the receptionist to the medical staff were all very professional, courteous, and caring. They are definitely my go-to place for my medical emergency needs. It's no fun feeling bad, but they are compassionate with their care.

ALL your staff at this location was kind, calm and seemed to enjoy being there and helping people.

It seems like I waited longer than I needed to, especially after having scheduled an appointment. I interacted with a few team members, and everyone was courteous and followed up with me during my waiting, so I appreciated that. I am not a fan of the mask policy, but, I really needed to have something addressed. Kindness goes a long way, and this was no different compared to my last visit, so I'd recommend this place.
