Beautiful little park.
The playground needs cleaning.
And some vandals left broken glass, I'm sure it'll be clean next time, it is a good neighborhood.
I've been going here since I was a child and now my kids play here as well! There are 2 play ground areas, a decent size pavillion with 6 or 8 tables, tennis and basketball courts, baseball field, and restrooms open seasonally. Great for a small gathering or game!
My husband and I met my in-laws in St. Louis after flying back from a trip because they had been watching our dog. We wanted to eat lunch and let my son run off some energy, so we went to the closest park. I thought it was pretty nice, especially because my phone needed to charge, and there were outlets in the shelter house. The people in the neighborhood are lucky to have that available. I found it odd that the weather was nice and it was a Sunday but there was no one there. My only complaint is that the equipment was weirdly high, like the bottoms of the slides were pretty far off the ground, and the stairs were high off the ground and even the benches were really high. I'm almost 6' tall, but if I put my back against the back of the bench, my legs didn't come close to touching the ground.
