This post is in response to your post regarding poor service you received regarding the repair of your roof. As it was discussed thoroughly with you, a tarp was placed on your roof and invoice sent for the exact price quoted to prevent interior damage from your worn and storm damaged roof.

The issue from everyone's standpoint was that you were paid already by your insurance company for a complete roof replacement that you choose not to replace at the time you were paid, there for your insurance company was not going to cover your loss for the same roof that again sustained additional damage with the last storm.

It is most unfortunate that you do not understand that our company can not repair and or replace a roof at the our own expense , especially since you had already received a check to completely repair your existing roof from your insurance company and choose not to do so.

Without your willingness to pay out of your own pocket for repairs and or service for your roof you were told that services would not be rendered.

We would be more than happy to assist you in the replacement of the roof if you were willing to pay for it. but we can and will not replace a roof for free.

There for the negative review is most unwarranted.
