It starts at home. Some kids interrupt classes and others can't learn but, then have an issue when their kids are kicked out of class. No I'm not saying that all teachers are perfect. The ones my boys have care and wants them to succeed. They have plenty of opportunities to get the help they need. It's up to the students.
