We had a very good experience with the stay. No major complaints except for the wifi reception which was bad.

Breakfast was plenty and refills were immediately done on items that got over. There was coffee round the clock and cleaning services with towel replacements were good and done immediately.

The rooms, hallways and the pantry was all clean. The elevator was spacious but slow.

Check-in and check-out was smooth! There is enough parking all around the premises. The place is also located in a good spot with hospital, restaurants nearby including Starbucks and Subway. Walmart is also just across the street which was a big Plus!

If at all we head to somewhere close to Katy, we’ll come down here for another stay!

It was also economical ! We were charged an additional 50$ as deposit but it was credited back within 2 days post check-out. It’s a precautionary refundable security deposit in case of any damages.

Loved how the check out was at 12 and breakfast started at 6 30, the rooms were clean and comfortable. The tv worked well and we had no complaints, from us or others(and we had children) the service was great as well 👍

Good stop for a short stay before getting on the road. Everything was clean, but attendants were never at the desk.

Shower has a tub, though I prefer the basins. The water pressure was good. Bathroom was very clean. No smart TV access, but complimentary wifi. Breakfast was complimentary, served from 0630 to 0930, but we did not eat.

I visited there about 8 times. I was there on work, so I would show up on a Monday and leave Friday morning. The staff was a 10 out of 10. Very courteous, and very professional. The rooms were great. The overall experience was like home away from.

A place with a thorough & kind staff. Everyone is professional, serious about safety & great with their patients.

They made getting vaccinated for COVID-19 easy, reassuring & informative. I didn't even feel the needle go in! Almost wasn't sure I was vaccinated until I got a little soreness from the immune response a few hours later.

A great team & a great location.
