Reinhold Flooring saved our job!!!

I work for a company in Spokane Washington and right at the end of a big LVT job, we ran out of product. And of course, the manufacturer discontinued it and had none left in stock.

After calling about 15-20 stores, I finally found Ann at Reinhold. She and the warehouse team went on a search of their warehouse and found us a couple boxes! They were great to work with and shipped it out the next day.

I am so grateful to them for putting in so much effort and helping us out! GREAT customer service!

Steve Reinhold JR. was super patient and kind, as we asked for special treatment and materials because I’m chemically sensitive.
The prefinished hardwood he suggested is perfect and Jeremy and James, the installers did a beautiful job of laying the new floor. We definitely would use Reinhold again, if we had a need.

This is a great company to deal with. They came and measured, had plenty of samples to pick, I called them when I was ready and they showed up on time and put everything back together. I will use them again. You should too!

They have quality flooring, professional service and the most thorough installers you will find. They will be at your home as promised, will have all the supplies needed and will address any concerns immediately, but you won’t have any concerns, they are that good.
