The instructor is very good and attentive with the kids and the classes seem a lot more structured than my experience from the other business.

(June 4, 2019, 3:38 pm)Mike is a wondeful teacher. He takes his time to explain drills thoroughly and gives his students time to drill each move untill they can achieve it. For a white belt like me, it can be intimidating to visit other schools when traveling. But I'd recommend BJJ Lifestyle Academy to anyone living in the St. Louis or just visiting.
