I cannot say enough great things about OsteoStrong Telegraph. I am in the health care industry so appreciate quality care, thorough instruction, dedicated and friendly staff, and caring owners. My strength and balance have both improved and I feel better every time I leave. I love the fact that you can see and measure your results each week, plus scores are emailed for your personal file. They adhere to the COVID safety regulations, so you will feel safe and comfortable.

Everyone is outgoing and they do everything they can to accommodate you. Even though I am working from home, I have a lot of last minute meetings. They always seem to pop up when my sessions are scheduled and the girls work their magic to fit me in.
The program is fantastic. After just one year, my legs are so much stronger. I can walk out of the ocean without assistance even though the tide is trying to pull me back in.

I have been attending sessions at OsteoStrong Telegraph for over a year. I have noticed a great improvement in my bone structure and muscle strength. I use to go to the chiropractor for lower back issues on a regular basis. I only went 2 times in the last year! Last week I had an appointment with a new physician. I told her that I went every week to OsteoStrong. She got very excited. She said that she attends OsteoStrong too in her area! She said that I am on a good path of healthy bones and body by doing Osteostrong. It is a welcoming environment. The employees that work there are so encouraging. They help in improving my strength each week. I along with my physician recommend going to OsteoStrong.

Ive been going to Osteostrong for almost 2 years now. I am so grateful to them because my bone density is now out of the osteoporosis range and I was never able to accomplish this before; no matter how much exercise I did or how much calcium and vitamin D I took. My doctor was strongly encouraging me to take one of the bone density medications but says it is no longer needed! In addition to that, my balance and strength have improved! The staff are so friendly, personable, helpful and professional. This has been a real blessing to me! Candy Redel

Outstanding group of professionals!!!! My wife and I have been coming since September 2020. My strength gain has been incredible. I feel stronger and I can tell my mobility has improved too.
