As a reflection of leadership, his staff was more than courteous; Mark is all about building a honest relationship which began to grow as we discussed my needs changing as I aged. Of course after auto, and home comes life insurance. Mark’s team did a great job staying in my budget. Now to the meat.... There was one policy I wasn’t so sure about that he started me on six years ago. It was a hard honest discussion and I had some resistance. I remember sitting in the office saying I’ll try it, but as a few years went by I started questioning the need as some months were harder than others to get by. I’m young, I’m healthy. I can cancel this and buy a new car with the money saved, I thought. I’m speaking of Long Term Care, and his forward thinking slapped me hard in the face two years ago. ”
