“I walked by this place several months ago before COVID-19 hit and it's a good place for maps. But well before the service changes last year, you had a bus route called the #40X I-55 Express. What you should have done is advertised the line. However, there is a brand-new service called Via Metro STL and it's a van service. Call Metro or email them and tell then you would like to see them expand the service so that way your customers will have an alternative way to the shop besides the automobile. And if you want to, tell Metro that you would like to see all-day bus service run up and down Lemay Ferry Road from the mall down to Meramec Station Road.”

“I work at the Veterans Hospital at Jefferson Barracks and had a special request from a patient. He said as soon as I am off the feeding tube, I would love a soft serve ice cream from Dairy Queen! Well the day finally came and among other patient requests I had an order of 7 ice cream! When I went to order and asked for a discount, they gave it to me without question! Of course after auto, and home comes life insurance. Mark’s team did a great job staying in my budget. Now to the meat.... There was one policy I wasn’t so sure about that he started me on six years ago. It was a hard honest discussion and I had some resistance. I remember sitting in the office saying I’ll try it, but as a few years went by I started questioning the need as some months were harder than others to get by. I’m young, I’m healthy.
