Mungenast Lexus is unlike any vehicle purchasing experience I have ever been through. They truly goes above and beyond for their customers! My salesman (Kyle) was able to secure a vehicle for me in 3 months, checking every single week on what was being made in an effort to match me with my dream vehicle, which is extraordinary when the current wait time given the chip shortage is 6+ months. He kept me updated every step of the way when he heard of new information, all the way up to the day that he called to tell me that it had arrived on the lot. He even offered to gather some of the needed financing information from me over the phone so that I would have less time to wait when I came in to finish all the paperwork after I was done working that day. Not only did they exceed their originally quoted delivery time by 3 months, they were also exceptionally communicative and continued that same level of customer service upon my receipt of the vehicle. They spent the time to explain everything about it and made sure that I was comfortable and felt safe in it before I drove away (this new vehicle was to replace one that had been totaled). I cannot recommend them enough… if I could give ten stars, I would. They definitely have a new customer for life!

Our experience with the Mungenast dealership was exceptional. Kyle Blake was able to get the car I wanted, w/ all the added features, in the color I wanted, inside & out. He was very helpful, & ran things smoothly, getting my car as soon as possible for me. Robert Miller was great with signing all the paperwork, & helpful w/ explaining everything. Also want to mention Tyler taking care of having the pinstripes painted, & relaying my thought to the painter…it turned out perfect!
