Goodcents

I love this restaurant. The staff is always so friendly and inviting. My Togo orders are always perfect and the restaurant is extremely clean (which matters most to me) definitely worth giving it a try.

The place is clean and has a good atmosphere to it plus Theo the manager is very friendly. Great food got to try there fresh made cookies.

First time going to a Goodcents in years (last time was when it was still mr goodcents)
Honestly it was an incredible sandwich! Way better than all the other standard sandwich shops. The service was great too.
I'll be a regular here when I want a sandwich from now on.

The sub sandwiches here are very fresh and much better than the other sandwich shop franchises. The atmosphere is chill and casual so it's easy to stay, relax, and eat your food if you have time. There's also a nice community vibe with regular customers, cute pictures on the wall, and small plants in vases on the tables.

I have been a loyal customer of Goodcents for years and used to get lunch from the Chesterfield Valley location almost weekly since it was near my office. Now I go to this location off Big Bend and Dougherty Ferry and I am a regular customer and I cannot say enough good things about this place and the staff. The owner is Theo, a young man who always has a positive, friendly demeanor, and he is such a nice guy. He goes above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction and he succeeds at that. The restaurant is very clean and my favorite thing about Goodcents is that I like how they cut the deli meats and cheeses right there in front of you so it is fresh and hasn’t been sitting out on a counter all day like most sandwich shops have… and believe me, the sandwiches taste fresher than anywhere else, by far.

I also like how they have daily specials to save you money or get free food, a rewards system where you get money off your order, an awesome fountain soda machine that has so many different options to customize or add to your drink, and the cookies… oh man. Best chocolate chip cookie EVER. Hands down my favorite. Their cookies are large but thin, and melt in your mouth when you take a bite. I like that it’s a little soft in the center (not undercooked though…. Baked *just* right!).

They have several different kinds of chips if you want to add on to a combo meal and I like that the other employees I have encountered were just as nice and friendly as the owner. I hope this place gets a lot of business and stay close to where I live!

Great customer service. Delicious FRESH food. Options to save money. Oh, and they also offer catering, which I used at the Chesterfield location and would definitely use this location in the future!

UPDATED ON 02/04/23: I have been coming to this location every week for the past 2 months and every single time has been an awesome experience and I still agree with what I wrote in my original review. The employees are super nice and personable and don’t seem as though they are miserable at their jobs (it just adds to the overall positive and friendly atmosphere at this location when each customer who walks in is immediately greeted with a cheerful acknowledgment and I find that rare in most restaurants and/or businesses/stores these days), which is a big part of the reason why I am a frequent, loyal customer. I like that Zack and Theo remember me and make conversation with me as they make my sandwiches. It still holds true that this shop is super clean and only uses fresh ingredients. The quality of the food is 5 stars and I wish I could have the same good experience at the other places I go to.
