I’m so glad I found Legacy Physical Therapy. Abby was so professional and efficient and friendly. She made me feel comfortable and eased my concerns. She patiently and thoroughly explained everything to me which helped me to understand how the exercises worked. I did experience improvement. I would highly recommend Legacy Physical Therapy.
I firmly believe ALL mommas should come see these girls after giving birth! The entire experience for me was everything I needed. When I first came in I thought I may never be able to run or lift the way I wanted to again. From the second I walked in I felt so welcomed and comfortable. They answered all of my questions (i had a lot) and never made me feel rushed. I made HUGE progress rehabbing my pelvic floor in just 2 visits. After putting in the work, I am now 9 months PP with my 2nd and running and lifting again!!!! I was afraid to even go for walks 6 months ago. Thank you Jamie!!!!
Loved Legacy PT for my postpartum needs! It was nice having a dedicated focus to my situation. I really saw improvement after only 3 sessions. Highly recommend!
A few months ago, I noticed that when I sat on my sofa, I felt as if I were sitting on something, probably, I thought, a loose spring in the cushion but I found out the cushion was not the problem. Then I saw an ad in our local newspaper about Legacy and all the different kinds of conditions, they provided therapy for, but it took some time and several more ads in the paper for me to get the nerve to pay a visit. I'm so glad I did because I found out that there were several ways to deal with my strange problem, not by a much feared surgical procedure but by exercises I could do every day to alleviate it. Thanks, Brooke for understanding and providing comforting help with my sensitive condition.
I had a wonderful experience working with Legacy PT! They dealt with the insurance aspect of treatment, (which made it super easy) and the appointments were very informative/helpful on my journey in postpartum healing! Brooke was kind, professional, knowledgeable, and creative during my sessions, and her "homework" is still super useful! I would highly recommend Legacy PT for any pelvic floor/postpartum related issues!
