Lakeside Children's Academy

Lakeside has an amazing teacher retention rate which makes our kids feel so safe. Our boys are more motivated to learn and love going to school! Communication is wonderful with teachers and staff. Food is healthy. School is clean and safe at every turn. Potty training moves at your child's pace.

I love that I can just drop in anytime to visit my Granddaughter when I’m in the area and she is always smiling and having fun. Everyone is very nice no one calls ahead to say I’m coming to visit. That tells me what I see is the way Lakeside operates on a daily basis. It makes my heart feel really good knowing she is being so well taken care of and is happy there

The Lakeside family has become our extended family. I surprisingly saw a negative review by a disgruntled former employee below and it prompted me to leave my 1st review. I have 3 boys. My older two have gone to different places for child care/preschool, including the prestigious Community School in Ladue. My youngest has been at Lakeside since he was an infant, now 5, heading to kindergarten. Lakeside is a safe, enriching, fun environment. Most importantly, it is a family owned-and run business with a LOVING, friendly culture. They communicate weekly lesson plans, regularly ask for feedback for improvement, and have consistent teacher continuing education. Personally, I am very pleased Lakeside owners/director do not tolerate any teacher who is not meeting their high expectations. It creates a culture of excellence and mutual respect. Highly recommend!

As an early childhood specialist and elementary teacher I searched long and hard for the right place for my children. Lakeside was by far the best of the best. Our twins weren’t just watched, they were cared for and the staff became a part of our family. We loved the teachers, management and owners. I was able to return to work with peace of mind that I had found the best place for my children!
