There is a new manager named Hayley, I believe, I've seen her a few times. She is 👏🏾 amazing! I've seen her cook. Serve. Wash dishes. Defuse situations. Y'all hired a very attentive young lady.

We try to get over there as often as we can, when here, since it is one of the few places in Katy where the coffee is always fresh. Their manager, Ifty, always has a smile on his face when greeting us and it appears that he runs that place like a seasoned, experienced Captain. Our food comes out hot and exactly the way we ordered it and much of his wait and cook staff have been with him for years. We hope it never changes and we'll be back.

We had Liliana serving us today and have had her before. She is great! She is warm, friendly and gets your order right. I ordered the two crepe breakfast and it was perfect! Bravo to the cook who knows how to cook thin crepes, first time they were thin and delicious! The coffee was hoof too and tasted like coffee.
