(August 3, 2023, 3:14 pm)Always a pleasant experience visiting here. My battery wasn’t holding a charge so they replaced the entire left hearing aid. Then since it wasn’t responding to my app, they reprogrammed the Bluetooth connection. Under warrantee an no charge. I’ve had these for about 2 years now and am very pleased with both the hearing aids and Southwestern Hearing!

Carrie (audiologist) did an excellent job of getting my hearing aids fixed with the right settings. They run an awesome clinic.
(June 30, 2023, 4:29 pm)I was there to have one of my hearing aides repaired…replacing the retention “wire” that keeps the aide in your ear. The aide was repaired quickly and returned while I waited. It fit perfectly!
