Rockwood Springs

So far it has been lovely! Very spacious with thick walls to not disturb neighbors or vise versa :) Only issue was our unit was a bit gross upon move-in, especially the kitchen. Nothing a little elbow grease won’t fix!

Extremely nice apartment, and management is terrific. I love living here. I am disabled, and the management here works very hard to fix things in a timely manner if something is not working properly. It is rare when things go wrong, but they "get me!" Can't say enough about how much I love living at Rockwood Springs.

I have been living on this property for many, many years and we’ve been through A LOT of changes. Yes, good and bad. But I must say that things are better than they’ve ever been. Zach and Joseph in the office are WONDERFUL to work with. They truly care about the residents and the property and it shows. They go above and beyond for the residents and make sure you’re happy here. Maintenance is awesome. They show up in a timely manner and get the work done. The apartments have been updated and they look great inside and out. I am all around happier here right now than I have ever been. I highly recommend Rockwood Springs for your future home. I’ll be sticking around for many, many more years!! So they’re stuck with me. 😉 Thank you guys for all you do to make this home. You rock.
