My family have been patients of Dr. St.John for over 20 years. I think some reviewers here don't understand much about how business works. It is your responsibility to verify what is and isn't covered by your insurance. If you fail to do this, the surprise is on you. It is standard policy to expect payment at the time of service unless you have made prior arrangements. Dr. St. John is very thorough and knowledgeable. Wouldn't go anywhere else.😀

My wife and I have treated with Dr. St. John for over 5 years and have never had an issue. We appreciate that the office ensures that our dental insurance plan will cover and/or has enough remaining in it for the year for any recommended procedures before performing such.
