“The other day I needed assistance with an issue for my 89 year old father. The request required the staff to deviate slightly from protocol, but rather than throw their hands up and say no, a staff member (can't remember her name but blond woman) stood up and said she'd try and help. She went to the manager, they took the time to do some extra security checks to protect my father but still take care of his banking needs. As well, they advised me on some issues that will help my dad. The kindness the staff showed in several ways was very commendable and if I lived in town I would have shifted my money to them. “This is a great clinic. Fast, reliable, and they don't play games. I have referred a bunch of my 20-something friends there for drug tests, as well as someone for an Ancestry test. There's no line, and both the owner and the tech are nice, knowledgeable, and personable. It's a family-owned clinic, so you're treated like you matter there. I WON'T RATE THE STORE. Which I've never seen anything wrong with this QT either. I very curious as to what the 3 star ratings for?...Why 3 stars for an ATM??? Was it out of money? Did machine break down on your transaction? Did it talk back to you?..Oh maybe it was dirty and ate your card? I have to put 5 stars I've never had a problem at US Bank Atm's unless it was operator error,or I didn't read fees for outta network ATM use. QT stores are ussually 99% right and tight!”

“This is by far the best agency! The staff are so peaceful to be around. When there are concerns or issues I have had, the staff never failed to go above and beyond to resolve it! The staff are so patient and involved with the consumers, it’s heart warming. Family members have thanked the staff repeatedly for taking such good care of their family members. The staff there are always keeping the consumers in the spirit. They would decorate the homes to help the consumers participate in fun holidays. Heaven Scent demonstrates the definition of leadership and consistency. The staff there have great work ethics and it shows. Before coming to this agency, several consumers were having several behavioral issues and medical clients were not doing as well as they are now. Heaven Scent has hired a great team to come in and work with the behavioral consumers. Building great relationships with them. Reassuring that they are in great hands. With the medical consumers, the staff have been very consistent making sure the consumers are well taken care of.
