“Throughout my history of interacting with banks regardless of the location or specific organization, which I've never been overwhelmed with such generosity and graditude from an employee. Initially I concluded an business transaction with a local company, which I was given a check for such sale. Shortly I became somewhat irritated bc I was given a check instead of cash...LoL. Fast forwarding upon my arrival to the Bank facility (Midwest BankCentre) that's located within the City of Pagedale, which I arrived moments later. Once I arrived I was greeted by the security officer who stood guard at the entrance door. I continued to walk up to the bank teller (Yolande Q.), which I was next in line who seemed very plesant and welcoming. Shortly I was greeted by another bank teller who was later identified as Serilla F. Serilla seemed to be just walking by and noticed a customer in line. Serilla briefly stopped and stated "Sir do you want any coffee, water, or anything else to drink?" I replied "No Thank you that was very nice, which I've never been asked anything like that within a bank before." I really appreciated Serilla positive attitude and excellent work ethics that certainly made me feel good about having any contact with the bank period. If I was a individual who didn't have an bank account or in the future decided to change banks, which I would certainly open an account within this specific loaction based off my positive memorable experience with Serilla F. “The other day I needed assistance with an issue for my 89 year old father. The request required the staff to deviate slightly from protocol, but rather than throw their hands up and say no, a staff member (can't remember her name but blond woman) stood up and said she'd try and help. She went to the manager, they took the time to do some extra security checks to protect my father but still take care of his banking needs. As well, they advised me on some issues that will help my dad. The kindness the staff showed in several ways was very commendable and if I lived in town I would have shifted my money to them. The staff are so patient and involved with the consumers, it’s heart warming. Family members have thanked the staff repeatedly for taking such good care of their family members. The staff there are always keeping the consumers in the spirit. They would decorate the homes to help the consumers participate in fun holidays. Heaven Scent demonstrates the definition of leadership and consistency. The staff there have great work ethics and it shows. Before coming to this agency, several consumers were having several behavioral issues and medical clients were not doing as well as they are now. Heaven Scent has hired a great team to come in and work with the behavioral consumers. Building great relationships with them. Reassuring that they are in great hands. With the medical consumers, the staff have been very consistent making sure the consumers are well taken care of. Their families have thanked the agency repeatedly for having the courage to take on the big responsibilities of making sure they are well taken care of and making their environment feel like home.
