“Sabien, Keith and Stella were fantastic. They patiently explained sizing and pricing and Keith found items from The NBA collection for me. Great collection and a great team !However after I paid , the team forgot to put one item in the bag ! I struggled to get a hold of them since there’s no phone number online or with the mall or on the receipt. Finally I called mall security and they helped me out. Keith said he will mail the missing item to me. I wasn’t able to wear what I bought for the weekend party but all in all a great experience since they made it right for me !”

“For the most part, I prefer Salvation Army to other places because I do find lots of neat things there and it's more mellow than some places. However, sometimes they really overprice things. Just today I saw a pair of shorts with tags that had a clearance sticker of 14.99 and they had a tag of 19.99!! I've also seen toys and games with major pieces missing that are critical to playing the game and they have them priced so high it's like they didn't even look at what it was. Maybe that's everywhere. I still shop here more than any other thrift store but they could move product faster if they paid closer attention to prices.”

Amanda was the only one working. She was so accommodating and fit them in between color appointments. She did an amazing job and was very friendly!
