“My son has been working out with Coach Green from the Grind Hard Foundation for several months and he absolutely loves it. He didn’t get to participate in any year last year due to COVID and Coach Green has been a great transition back into the sports world. My son currently participates in a group workout but he is never treated as such. Coach Green makes sense to take the time out with each boy to work with them on correct technique and form. Last week, the group started lifting weights and Coach Green made sure that each individual knew actually what to do and how to do it. I would definitely recommend all parent with a youth player (no matter the sport) to take their athlete to Coach Green for sports performance.”

“My husband, Terry, (age 72) and I (age 67) are both retired and very active. We decided to try Beautiful Body Laser out of curiosity. After our first visit, when we could tell a difference in how our clothes fit, we were hooked. My husband has a pacemaker and I have diabetes, so naturally I had health questions. The answers I received were forthright, which made me feel more comfortable about the whole process. We were eating semi-healthy due to y diabetes, but once starting Beautiful Body Laser, my husband has started watching his diet more closely. After 8 sessions (a few more to go), my husband has lost a total of 2-6/8 inches and I have lost a total of 6-5/8 inches. I have to admit, we weren't really keeping track of inches reduced. We just knew clothes that didn't fit before now fit. One big plus for me was the fact that I was able to wear a wedding ring that I hadn't been able to fit on my finger in at least 5 years. The other plus was that I have a waist line again. For health reasons, my husband and I already keep track of our weight on a daily basis. But we are both pleased to see our weight reducing. The weight loss after 8 sessions for my husband 11-1/2 pounds and for me 6-1/2 pounds. This may not seem like a lot of weight or inches lost, but I want to emphasize as I stated previously, my husband and I are very active. He goes to the gym Monday-Friday and I do strength/weight training twice a week and exercise boot camp once a week. We also have an exercise area in our basement that we put to use morning and evening (even on weekends). So we are definitely losing fat and inches while increasing our muscle mass and are satisfied with the results of our program. The bottom line is I can definitely tell a difference in how Terry's shirts fit and he tells me he likes the way my jeans fit. All in all, Beautiful Body Laser DOES WORK and we are glad our curiosity won out.”
